Baked Steak Dinner, this Sunday, the 25th, from 11:30 to 2 p.m., at the Alderson Community Center, in the
Home Ec. Room, adults $8.00, children under 10, $4.00, proceeds to the Community Center. For home
delivery call 445.2840 prior to the 25th.
Two-
Fundraising auction for the Community Center, November 5th, 6:30 p.m., with Mr. Auctioneer himself,
Randy Burdette of Rivervend USA. If anyone has items to donate to the auction, please call Rick Parker at
445.2709 to arrange for pickup. Items for sale, thus far, include: Victorian sofa, Greenbrier dishes,
housewares, brand new Home Interiors items, collectibles, florals, homemade cakes and pies, etc.
