Improving The Community One Project At A Time
Meeting at/about the Visitors Center Saturday May 5 at 9:00 a.m.
For
those
of
you
planning
to
attend
the
organizational
meeting
at
the
Visitors
Center
on
Saturday,
and
I
hope
there
are
a
lot,
the
time
has
been
changed
to
9:00
am
to
accommodate
those
who
are
planning
to
attend the Homes Tour in Monroe County that day.
Welcome Center
Saturday, May 5 at 10:00 AM NOW 9:00 a.m.
We will meet at the Welcome Center for several purposes:
1. Clean/arrange to ready the Center to open to visitors for the season
2. Determine a schedule of days and times we will be staffed with smiling faces to greet visitors
3.
Sign
up
to
be
a
"welcome
center
greeter".
We
hope
to
be
able
to
have
regular
commitment
folks
for
days and times and also a "sub" or occasional fill-in list.
If
everyone
will
come
help
the
work
will
go
quickly
and
if
everyone
will
volunteer
some
time
to
staff
the
center we will be able show our "Alderson Proud" to all our passers by.
