Railroad   Avenue   at   Howell   Street   is   partially   closed   to   allow   for   construction   work.   The   road   is   open   to alternating   traffic.   We   ask   that   all   drivers   be   mindful   of   the   workers   in   this   area.   Also   days   like   today   is when   we   need   to   give   the   street   crew   a   big   thank   you.   It's   11   degrees   and   they   are   battling   frigid   temps and geysers to keep infrastructure and progress moving forward.
