Now we visit the newly relocated Wolf Creek Gallery, managed by Patty Grafton. Having been in the building that now
houses The Green Grocer, Patty has just in the last few weeks moved into the Alderson Renaissance Building, in what
was the Alderson National Bank building, Circa 1910. Sweet little Hope Aliff greeted us as we arrived.
Patty has a great eye for display. We see the beautiful, very wide chestnut boards, purchased by her late husband, from
the John Bell Co. and used for a backdrop in the store. Mike Crookshanks was very much appreciated for moving this,
from the old store to the new location.
A desk is spotlighted by a burst of evening sun, piercing through the west window of the shop. You will notice the black &
red backdrop covering the door that was once the doorway to the Alderson National Banks Vault which was completed in
August of 1909.
The "Good Morning America" picture caught my eye and I loved the little wooden wagon display. I hope you have
enjoyed this part of the tour even half as much as I did._Causby
