North to Asbury

ALDERSON TO  ASBURY HOW FAR  IS IT?  ITS A FEW MILES, I USE TO RIDE A BIKE ,NO HELMET OR HAND GEARS. TO ASBURY AND BACK TO GET STRONGER, IT WAS GREAT FUN. ALONG THE WAY I WOULD RUN INTO PEOPLE I KNEW AND WE WOULD TRY TO DIG A GROUND HOG AMONG OTHER ACTIVITIES. IT WAS MUCH HARDER TO GET THERE THEN TO GET BACK. GOING OUT IT SEEMED TO BE MOSTLY UPHILL, THERE WAS SAVAGE STRAIN AND  SEARING PAIN AND GREAT PHYSICAL JOY WHEN I REACHED ASBURY. COMING BACK IT WAS MUCH EASIER IT SEEMED  MOSTLY DOWN HILL. IT WAS A GREAT PHYSICAL WORKOUT AND  ABSOLUTELY QUIET YOU MIGHT SEE 2 OR 3 CARS AT THE MOST. MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I DIDN'T GO TO BLUE SULPHUR  AND THAT I DIDN'T DO IT MORE OFTEN . THINK ABOUT WHAT A GREAT SIMPLE YOUTH WE ALL HAD .
