2023,
Virginia
Margaret
Crawford
Camicia,
loving
wife
and
mother
of
three,
went
to
be
in
eternal
rest
and
peace,
after
a
long
illness.
Although
she
lived
her
life
in
many
places,
both
domestically
and
internationally,
she
was
ultimately
drawn
to
the
area
of
her
final
home
in
SW
Virginia.
She
was
born
February
3rd,
1942,
the
daughter
of
Charles
Henry
and
Virginia
Buster
Crawford.
She
was
a
1960
graduate
of
Alderson
High
School
of
Greenbrier
County
WV,
and
attended
Montreat
College.
She
was
the
beloved
wife
of
Robert
(Bob)
Camicia
for
58
years
and
resident
of
Franklin
County,
Virginia
for
21+
years.
She
is
survived
by
her
husband
Bob,
as
well
as
her
three
children,
Debbie Camicia, Jennifer (Jason) Myers, and Bob Camicia Jr.
She
had
a
large
extended
family
beginning
with
her
brother
who
she
loved
dearly,
Henry
(Peggy)
Crawford,
and
all
of
her
and
Bob’s
brothers,
sisters,
cousins,
nieces,
nephews,
and
grandnieces.
She
loved
to
see
recent
photos
of
how
fast
they
were
growing and what they were doing.
Margaret
always
had
an
enthusiasm
for
meeting
new
people,
especially
ones
from
West
Virginia.
Her
sincerity
was
contagious
to
friends,
both
old
and
new.
She
treasured
all
of
her
friends
from
around
the
USA
and
those
in
Italy,
England
and
Brazil.
She
was
a
great
lover
of
animals
and
an
avid
gardener
her
entire
life.
Her
other
great
love
was
her
family
history
associated
with
Blue
Sulphur
Springs
in
Greenbriar
County, West Virginia.
