Calling all non-profit and school organizations! Let’s light up the fairgrounds for Christmas at the Fair! Beginning Friday, December 2nd, every Thursday-Sunday There is no charge to set up a display for non-profit or school organizations. This contest will not be judged. All for-profit businesses wishing to display should call the fair office at 304-645-1090 or check out our sponsor options! NO decoration may be in any way construed as illegal, immoral, or otherwise distasteful. All decorations must be temporary, and all materials must be provided. The State Fair of West Virginia provides access to electrical outlets, but the group must provide an extension cord. A temporary sign with your logo, company, or group name can be included in your decoration. Barns must be fully decorated by 5:00 pm on Sunday, November 20, 2023.
