Strawberry Festival - review
It
went
well,
but
there
was
a
huge
misunderstanding
with
vendors
who
purchased
farm
spots
but
showed
up
for
the
bridge
and
were
disappointed.
How
do
we
collaborate
with
the
farm
rather
than
have
misunderstandings.
We cannot run out of strawberries again next year. We need more strawberry vendors.
Attendance was wonderful!
Paint AMS on canopies - Marcia is going to re-do this.

SF extra funds. Approved.
Harvest Fest in October
Don:
a
lot
of
the
delay
for
festival
flyers
is
waiting
for
Sponsors.
Could
we
do
an
AMS
funding
campaign? To appease donor fatigue.
Sheena can head the effort if we approve at next meeting.
